Exctited to be apart of the Forums community.
I have read all three of MJs books and each was truly a breathe of fresh air.
I am excited to learn from all of you and also give value in return from loads of information the community has already provided to this point and from the inception of the platform. I would like to keep pushing the envelope forward!
Thank you @MJ DeMarco and the rest of the FLane and UNscripted family!
My background is in Biomedical sciences and I have worked as strength and conditioning specialist the past 5 years between Vanderbilt, Purdue and University of Washington and also 3 years coaching in the Cape Cod baseball league. I have also worked in the fit tech start-up world (which change me outlook) and helped me grow tremendously.
I discovered a plethora of problems with my time as a Univeristy coach and working on the ground zero team with my time at the start-up. Which led me to get out and start my a path of independent to solve these problems for the people I have been trying to service my entire professional career.
I am excited to be here again and can’t wait to learn and give back more than I receive!
