I would simply ask "Is your business idea really that great enough for me to steal that?"

Yes, i'm extremely successful in my business. But that answer provided no value to you or any one else did it?

To put it all in a nutshell, people are afraid of success, making leaps, taking risks and what ever other bullshit they come up with in their heads. You can build what ever empire you please, the world is malleable.

Fear of failure.

A Failure so big, it would shake my confidence and would return me to a slowlane existence and affect my decision making going forward.

After all, if you're in the perpetual planning and due diligence phase and just making sure you're crossing all your...blah blah blah - you haven't failed yet....Yikes!

First, money.
Second, competition, theres a huge competition of apartments in my town, and I cant even
answer the question "Why would people choose my apartment?"
Third... yeah...
I'm afraid........
