Ideas for sales agency

I've owned a company for 6 years but always had trouble hiring good sales people.

Which leads to my next venture. Launching a sales agency and out sourcing my sales people to companies that need great sales people that can sell high ticket sales.

The only problem that I run into is I don't want to go and speak at conferences every day of my life and sell my product from a stage.

Do you see any other ways on how this can work without the speaking engagements?
