I've owned a company for 6 years but always had trouble hiring good sales people.

Which leads to my next venture. Launching a sales agency and out sourcing my sales people to companies that need great sales people that can sell high ticket sales.

The only problem that I run into is I don't want to go and speak at conferences every day of my life and sell my product from a stage.

Do you see any other ways on how this can work without the speaking engagements?

What type of business do you run?
Also, why not let the results of your sales people do the selling itself? Similar to what Dianne said, you could have your top sales people become the spokespeople themselves. I don't think public speaking has to be THE way to do it.
