In pursuit of the coveted backlink, I see that when I comment on blogs, my name becomes the anchor text for the link. Therefore, I imagine a name specific to my niche would be better than my actual name. For example, I have a rice cooker website and having anchor text that read "Best Rice Cooker" would be ideal. However, that would sound spam-ish, and therefore less likely to be approved by the site owner.

Thoughts, suggestions?
