Hi friends,
Boring businesses truly are boring lol, our plumbing company is growing great and we have a pretty large supply constraint. My only problem is cashflow…
I doubted for a long time whether i’d want an investor for the business, and scale at a more rapid pace.. But I don’t want to give away any stock yet, and loans only make the situation worse.
So I’ve decided to start a personal brand around entrepreneurship in my weekends and extra hours. I will be helping companies like bookkeepers, construction, window cleaning you name it in scaling or at least making more €€€.
Yes I should pick a niche, I’ll do that based on the traction it gets and what my ICP looks like once I have more skin in the game.
This should not get in the way of my plumbing company and I’ll only spend time on it that I would usually read a book, or goof around… A so called side hustle
We’ll see, all in all my funnel will look like this:
1. Youtube content, explaining business theories, scaling issues and mindset.
2. Instagram, this will be for yapping, I’m recording video’s on walks to the gym, in the car or whenever a random thought worth sharing pops into my head. This will take the most editing time.
Insta will lead to my Linkedin profile, here people can connect with me and chat, this is for acquisition.
This seems like the best way to start this at the moment, i’ll post progress here. Bye!
