Thanks all for the welcome. Rental real estate in my area is doing great. I currently have 4 rentals and all are rented by steady renters. Looking for more houses but it is very competitive, seems like I'm too late for most of the best deals around here. Real estate values around here area sane compared to what I have seen about Cal. and Fl. :cheers:
