1. Do the habits with someone you know and like
It is proven that if you do habits along with someone you know ( friend, spouse ) you will do the habits no matter what even if its boring, challenging whatever you will get it done. So maybe find someone you can do the habits your supposed to do daily with someone, doesn't have to be a friend can be anyone even your brother/sister
2. Play your favourite songs when doing a habit/task
We all think when we do a certain habit we have to do it peacefully and with no distractions but sometimes it can get boring, so I know this is common sense but there is still people out there who don't bother playing music while doing a habit or a certain task required
3. Save your brain currency
There is this thing called aka brain points but I like to call it brain currency, it is the capacity of how much you can produce in one setting, if you consume lot of screen time, go on social media too often, you will mess up with you're brain currency that day and the day after especially if your planning to do deep work stuff i.e building your products.
Make sure you save as many brain currency as possible so you can produce weeks worth of work instead of one day of work, when you do this your not only going to be able to push harder but you will find it fun.
4. Don't eat shit
You probably already know this but if you eat sugary and ultra processed food your not going to enjoy the habit/task you set out to do it's that simple. I'm not telling you to eat a strict diet like Keto or Carnivore but you want to make sure you eat lots of vegetables, eggs, fish, salad etc
If your at a party, traveling or whatever special occasion your going into then fine have a cake or something, don't be overly strict with it however you defiantly don't want to eat crap when your working on your projects otherwise you won't able to perform well and achieve you're goals faster
5. Hype yourself up
Do a mini visualisation exercise before a boring habit or task, say loud affirmations to yourself x2 daily if possible and this will rewire your brain to like the thing you're supposed to do. I know the affirmation thing could sound cringe and weird but these things actually work, once you do it so many times it will become natural to you and it won't feel cringe anymore.
