This is a short article but a very important one ,
I was procastinating over a decision to test out some waters ,
I wanted to talk some local hotel service providers , I had to package some solutions and sell them ,
But it was harder than I thought to even approach them ,
Was it an EV+ (expected value positive) decision for me?
Yes, absolutely. Then what was stopping me?
Fear
We stop when we encounter fear ?
“What if they say no?”
“What if I don’t get rich?”
“What if I fail?”
"what if i get very rich"
and the list goes on and on
so how can we overcome fear and go after your goals the answer is simple
you fear asks you one thing ->
you are entering unknown territory can you handle that?
you have to say to yourself ->
yes I can handle it.
and list what you will do if that situation occurs?
Try this. And you can also report what kinds of fears you overcomed
It worked for me and I know it will work for you
