For context, I've been slowly building up a clear protein powder brand since late last year, and I'm now at a point where I've sold out my first batch of 24 through warm outreach (likely most friends/family who just want to show they support the idea). I am selling via Shopify, and my ICP is 18-35 year olds interested in fitness, convenience, diet swaps, and protein intake. I white label my protein powder from a current company across the country and work part time at a supplement store to barely pay the bills.
I am putting out 3 pieces of content per day, averaging a few hundred views each across TT, IG, FB, Threads, & YT Shorts. And trying to do as much warm outreach to anyone that I know who breathes, that I have as a contact trying to at least build some momentum in doing more reorders. I've been spending lots of time lately touching up the website and trying to make as SEO friendly as possible, and also making some incentive-based email marketing campaigns with an email list of ~50.
