How to Buy Properties with Crypto?

Hey I have like a couple mill in Bitcoin. How do I buy properties with it? And how do I avoid Tax? Like Im tryna buy this R8 but most exchanges place a daily limit for myself.

Any workarounds?

I thought about that, too.
First of all, get a tax consultant and a lawyer to clear up the tax problem.
Depends on your country s tax laws, how you can avoid taxes when buying business assets. RE for renting may be a business spending you don’t have to pay income tax for. The plot of land, where it stands maybe not, as it doesn’t wear out. (Germany, but I don’t know exactly)
Take good ones far away of your home town!
