How do YOU manage your Social Networking?

Curious how some of you do it.

This is what i do.

Signed up for Ping.Fm, went through the ropes of putting in all my account info.
Made sure all my notifications of replies and everything else was set to an email address that was NOT forwarded to my blackberry.

Pinged out my messages or status from the ping dashboard.

Twice a day or "so" check that email and see if their were any replies or what i need to check. FB and twitter are the most common because you can easily reply to things, never really get anything back from myspace or the like.

This way it does not consume my time and is only used for brand building and not sucking away valuable time with no return on the time spent.
