There are many revelations in this book. This chapter was particularly informative. A lot of our problems come down to overthinking. We get bogged down with details and minor decisions. One thing is certain: if you do nothing you will accomplish nothing. Act now, and you'll find answers along the way.
What are some ways you keep at the red-line? Personally, I find working out quite useful. Good music can also propel you forward. Also, never underestimate the power of adequate rest. When you're refreshed you're less cranky, you think clearer and you are more energetic.
