I just joined the fastlane forum, I am a real estate investor in the Metro Detroit area. I currently have two projects going both of which are fix and flips. I also have a rental and am looking to acquire more.
I started my real estate business two years ago and have reached my first set of goals set. My goals now are to flip 15 houses by October 9th of next year and to acquire 5 more rentals of my own by that date also. My next milestone is to amass $5 million in liquid assets by the age of 25.
I joined the fastlane because I have gathered very helpful info from here multiple times and really like being surrounded by like minded people all looking to be financially free. I also have realized great succes in real estate so far and would like to give back and help out where I can. So hopefully I can be as much help to you all as you are to me
