And let me just start out by saying this site is awesome!!!
I found this site by spending sometime on the RD forum and Rumun (I think that is his name) told me about this site. I have spent hours reading the success stories and others threads. And I must say I am totally inspired by all of you. Even at work I think about this web site and wonder what new things I am going to learn when I get home.
I have read three of the RD books on the fourth now (Why we want you to be rich), and a bunch of other motivational books. I wish I was reading with you guys and your book club, which I will definitely be a part of next month. I have also purchased the Cashflow game and thinking about checking out one of those Cashflow clubs.
Right now I am in the rat race. I go to my JOB everyday, work long hours in the sun, breaking my back, beating down my body, and sweating like a pig all to make another man rich.
I work on power lines. Working with energized equipment form extreme heights. It is a good paying job. Some people would do just about anything to have my job, including me. Just a little while ago I jumped at the chance to do what I do. But now I am ready do get out of the rat race and on with my life. I am setting a goal for myself to quit my job by December 09.
I look forward to talking and learning from all of you in the future.
