It's been a while since I've really posted anything significant or asked for help here. Thought it was a decent time to chronicle where I am, because I feel like I am sputtering. I am 22 years old and live in NYC. Earlier this year I had a business up and running and made great profits off of it (Low 5 figures) It was more in the arbitrage side of things, and was not something sustainable or really scaleable. I still make some profits weekly ($75-$150 weekly all pretty much passive) But that will be short lived. I was a MMA instructor previously, but lost the interest in it and saw no growth, opportunity or potential at where I was. Between April-June I went into the process of getting my NYS real estate license. In July I left my job at the gym and moved into real estate full time. I did so because I feel I could do well in the business while being in control of my time to put in work on my future businesses. Because as all of us know being able to not have to punch a clock or be under someone else's whim is what we desire most.
I feel like I have not made progress towards my goals of developing my own business. I've read through a lot of content on here & take action, but I feel like I'm just not doing the right things. I am meeting with @Eskil in about 2 weeks to help him with his business which I am really excited about, and have already allocated the funds for the Fastlane Summit in February. I want to be and am determined to be successful with everything in me. I know I am different and see it with people around me. This thread might be ill advised but I just needed to vent a bit and speak of my frustrations as I sure many of you have had the same points along your path. Thanks for reading guys and girls, if you have any advice it would be appreciated.
