Hello,
I am a new member from Germany. I've read the Millionaire Fastlane twice now and want to go start something on my own. I am nervous though and would like to start it on the side first, next to my marketing job.
I’ve been exploring a few ideas and would really appreciate your honest thoughts as I want to choose a field with potential and as a first time entrepreneur lack experience.
1. AI Stylist for Corporate Women
Corporate dress codes make it hard to dress well and personally. This would be an AI stylist that builds outfits based on body type, budget, existing wardrobe, and dress code. I would complete it with links and virtual try-on. I also would integrate features like starting with one piece in your wardrobe you have already selected and building the look from there. And I would also include special occasion wear as this is hard for corporate events and so on.
2. Faceless Content Toolkit
A toolkit for solo founders who want to build blogs, newsletters, TikToks, etc. without being on camera. Niche-specific AI tools for ideation, writing, voiceovers, using virtual avatars and so on.
3. Ageless & Thriving Retirement Hub
A community and content hub for people (esp. women) approaching or in retirement who want more than clichés. It would focus on lifestyle, growth, skills, travel, connection.
4. Skin-Picking Recovery Brand
Barrier-repair skincare, tools (like gloves, patches), and community for people dealing with skin picking. To take away the shame and to have products which actually work.
5. Baking Audio
Stylish, modern baking but with audio. It is a hassle to watch tutorials and bake at the same time. So I would build a audio baking channel.
6. Faceless Local City Guide (Cool Local)
A visual-first media brand (Instagram/TikTok/Substack) for finding cool cafés, shops, and creators in a specific German city. No influencers, just curation.
7. Beauty POS Design Hub (B2B)
A media library with examples, sourcing links, and breakdowns of in-store display (POS) design, it could help new brands stand out and inspire established brands to create new cool POS material.
Which of these has real potential? What should I rethink?
Thanks in advance for the honest feedback!
Kind regards
Kati
