I've just finished reading Exit the Poorhouse by Tony Chou.

Whilst I really enjoyed this book (apart from some grammar issues and typos), I was amazed at how similar this book is to the Millionaire Fastlane . I'm sure in places some of the text was almost word for word. Anyway, take a look. I got it for free on the Kindle, but it's now $2.99, so maybe download a sample first.
Tony describes the Hail Mary's (Sidewalkers), Slow and Steady (Slowlane) and the Nuclear Option (Fastlane).
I'd be interested to see what other people think, but I'd be utterly surprised if Tony had written this book without reading the Millionaire Fastlane first.
