Tesla was founded in 2003. The model S was not introduced until 2012. How did anyone possibly make a living before 2003 if Tesla was not around to employ them?

Sure he might be an a**hole, but no one is forcing anyone to work for him or to buy products from his companies.

"According to someone who overhead the conversation".
Now that's a tangible source! /s

There's also a whole lot of context missing.

I feel like it could be based on fake stuff just to make the news about Elon again. Then again, I wouldn't be surprised if the man that's pushing mankind to live on multiple planets could lose his cool sometimes.

He has been idolised , the engineer worked so hard mainly due to the aurora of greatness shrouding Tesla.

He was hit with the reality that a boss of three pioneering companies throws tough decisions at his whim.

Apparently the guy who runs and/or writes for ZeroHedge has a crap load of short sells on Tesla. Not sure of the validity of this, but that is what I have read. So, not exactly an impartial observer.
