I had an idea the other day. I think it's a pretty good one:

Success Radio

It would be an FM radio station in Austin, TX, much like the comedy channel. Although instead of stand-up bits, we would play sound bites of lectures, talks, seminars... motivational speakers, etc.

I googled it and there's not much out there except maybe three or four internet radio channels doing this currently.

Thoughts?
