I am new and this opinion may be unpopular however:

I find myself preferring to "own a job" as appose to "owning a business" .
For my life style i prefer to mostly concentrate on my personal skill set. Everyday i make marginal improvements in my ability to carry out tasks(teaching training answering questions) So instead of having a money producing machine, I want to have an invaluable skill set and monetize it from there.

This may be a part of my industry and partly due to my personality, however for what i do i want to be the one "doing". Under my business plan i do not multiple anyone else's efforts, instead i am trying to construct a system, infrastructure, and Staff which multiples my own skill set. I know this does not work with everyone, but rather than spend my time selling, signing, and constructing, i am polishing my "product", and producing a higher value for my customer/client. I hope to build a "following" or "brand" of service that is Irreplaceable. Becoming Irreplaceable is my ultimate goal.
Sure i cant take a day off, but i have wanted to since the first day i started.

Once again this is very specific to what i do, and mostly because i absolutely love doing what i do.
