This is a small exercise i just thought of while showering, and im not entirely sure how it will work out but I decided to give it a go.
I need some volunteers to be the bad guys(prefferbly some experienced guys)
The rest of us will be "business owners"
The plan is then that we could take basis in different challenges shown on this forum: Id suggest we try the: $3K to $1,000,000 in 15 months. And maybe use one of the suggestions there to get started.
The way this exercise would run is that we are all doing "jobs" in this business contribution with analysis(I suggest doing real ones with help of google and other search engines, but fictive might be easier). And basically run the business. The "bad guys" should then with their experience jump in out of nowhere with some kind of problem, either internal in the business, competitors or change in the markets, you name it. and our job will then be to discuss what the best way would be to get around the problem.

What are your thoughts on this? its a very brief thought and i really want your feedback before starting it because it is a bit complicated.
Ill go make some dinner now and do some more thinking.
