Curious have anyone started offline connection from TFF?

As I make the transition from the Scripted to the Unscripted life, one of my goals is to surround myself with like-minded people online and offline. Even though The Fastlane Forum could not be considered a mastermind group, I was wondering if any meaningful in-person or a business relationship has evolved out of here for anyone?

Yes. Many. Some really good friends came out of this forum, some of whom have put money in my pocket (directly and indirectly).

It says you're from San Diego. Search "san diego meetup" using the search function. If you find a thread, bump it up and suggest another meetup.

If you don't find a thread, make one.

Just know that if you're a snake or an a-hole, people will find you out & ostracize you. And you'll have deserved it.

I think it depends on the type of person you are.

Some are good at networking and being open/upfront.

Others are reserved/shy or wait for someone else to make the connection.

I know plenty of people make connections here and at the summit, and then go on and grow those and do stuff outside the forum. I see it in posts here all the time.
