Creating a Consulting Business + Targeting Clients

Hello everyone,

I am a previous spa owner and a published author who is founding a spa consultancy and writing a book to supplement it as well

Firstly, I chose it because it has a niche that is very sought after and secondly I am experienced to provide consulting. I am also designing info products that can be bought with or without the consulting/coaching I provide. Eventually, I am looking to expand the company by training consultants to work for me within 3 years and I wanted any advice on how to target my target marketing who are spa owners/managers just as I was.

I'm a little stuck on ideas at the moment and in the mean while I am working on the other important things to get it all off the ground as I figure out where my target market goes to market directly to them.
