Go easy on me guys, Im still reading about investments and stuff and wanted to know if you people think that Certificates of Deposit are the easiest money that you can make.

And came up with the idea that CD's can be the easiest money that you can make.(I did not write the name of the firms)
For instance:
$5,000 into 3 month Cd you will have $8 of interest earned
$5,000 into 12 month Cd, you will have $63 of interest earned
But lets look at if you have more money that you didnt want to spend.
$50,000 into 3 month Cd, you will have $75 of interest earned
$50,000 into 12 month Cd, you will have $679 of interest earned
$150,000 into 3 month Cd, you will have $225 of interest earned
$150,000 into 12 month Cd, you will have $2,038 of interest earned
$1,000,000 into 3 month Cd, you will have $1,869 of interest earned
$1,000,000 into 12 month Cd, you will have $12,781 of interest earned
$10,000,000 into 3 month Cd, you will have $18,687 of interest earned
$10,000,000 into 12 month Cd, you will have $127,808 of interest earned
I wonder if putting a large amount of money into Cd's will be beneficial, but then again, I dont know exactly what is the process in Cd's.
My thoughtt is, if you know you arent going to be spending a lot of money and want to make some extra money.. if CD's are the easiest money that you can make?
