Here is my situation, i am getting signups on my website, then selling the info (which they know of , all legal) to other companies. The only problem is the customers coming in are checking boxes in so many different categories (which then need to be sent to the right companies to help them) im confused, its so much.
So if you signed up on my site and said you needed help with your roof and your gutters. Now on my site i have roofers and gutter guys signed up as members too.
Now what do i do when a new sign up clicked that they need help in both boxes. How can i automate this? Should i set up another site just for the leads and everytime someone clicks a box it goes into the backend of the new website as a lead that can be purchased?
Then should i send an email out to the roofers and gutter guys saying "hey we have new leads for you go to mysite/leads.com and sign up. Im assuming at this second site they would enter their credit card and purchase x amount of leads.
Also do i sell them more than once? How do i automate this, i am at a crazy point right now i got so far so fast now i need to figure this out.
Since im doing this manually i see so many headaches, like fake phone numbers and emails, now when they get uploaded to my "ready to sell leads list" what happens when the roofer buys bad leads..... i cant sit there and refund every person or see if they are lying and such, what do you do?
i have other ways that i am going to monetize but i have realized from a CPA point of view this is untouchable because it provides real value to both sides which keeps the lead buyer coming back for more, which i had to pay one time for his business.
PLEASE HELP!
