I’m one of those people that drinks caffeine and then falls asleep. Don’t know why.

For years I’ve often drank Coke right before I go to sleep and would wake up at 3am and could drink a few ounces of Coke to get back to sleep. People always thought it was weird.

I never drink coffee in the morning. I don’t have any caffeine other than a Coke with my lunch and dinner.

Recently I got a new protein powder in coffee flavor because I like the taste of coffee. It has 140mg of caffeine in it. I realize it is a shitload of caffeine. I didn’t know this before I ordered it.

I thought cool, I can drink this one hour before pickleball to give me energy. I’d drink it and immediately feel tired and just lay on the sofa.

I have tested this out 4-5 times now. Each time I would just feel like taking a nap after I drank it. Now I just use it as protein and nap time, lol. I won’t be reordering it after the bag is done.
