Hello guys.
After some brainstorming i found something in de vacationrental niche.
I realy think this will work out. i talked to the developer, it will cost me some money to do the coding and
design but i think that it will be worth the investment.
BUT

i just read something regarding a script from airhotel. that only costs 600 dollars. i read good and bad reviews. Ayone that has some info regarding that.

I'll take a crack at this. I noticed you're from Belgium so I take it English isn't your first language. No worries.

First question. Why do you think it will work out? Is there a market for this? Is someone already doing something similar? If so, how will you do it better?

Also, before you spend money developing a website, do you have a plan for that website?

I'm positive he's speaking of a "turnkey" type of script, plugin, theme etc. One that delivers the full functionality/engine of an existing business model e.g Airbnb, Fiverr and such.

So, instead of sinking in funds to code something from scratch, he can invest the stated $600 into licensing/buying a pre-made core.
In this case, he'll just have to customize its appearance to suit his needs.

It's generally a safer path to validating market need/interest, with minimal cash investment. Assuming you can position it uniquely, that is.

it`s an niche that is unique. nobody has it yet. There is a NEED as wel. I can SCALE it up to other countries as wel.
I think coding and developing the sit will give me more uniqueness. He will do everything from scratch, together with al the promo material.
That will cost me only around 2000Bucks. Thats more or less triple the amount then the PRE-MADE core.
But it is still a good value for the buck..

Good job that you started taking action, however I strongly encourage you to talk with some1 about this idea (maybe some trusted friends or if you have mentor that would be great). It's because our minds tends to favor ideas we just came up with, you may also wait couple of days and if it's still so tempting than invest your time and money in it. If this is that kind of idea which have to work globally if it can work at all, than realization is hard AF. Anyway I wish you good luck!
