Does any one here owns a blue color business?
Construction, flooring, roofing or any other?
My question is, I am good with sales but I cant do installation. Dos anyone else here runs similar business and just controls it and does all paper work and find sales, and just sub contracts his workers.
If anyone does it ? How did you started it ? and how time consuming it is? What is the potential return on your time ? Can you do it part time ?
By some reason I am more interested in flooring business (carpe, hardwood) and I started with it a little, but finding leads and customers or working with constructors or property management is not working out for me yet.
If any one in that business and can share some experience I will really appreciate it.
