Hi,
So I accepted a new offer from a new employer. (Still need to sign the documents) But I want to quit my current job on the best terms. What would be the best reason to mention I am leaving? So in case they really want to keep me around they could counter the offer?
(Reason I am changing because I feel I am being treated differently vs my co-workers, because I f*cked up once in the past and they won't forgive me for it. So now I get the worst assignments, I get snappy remarks, getting left out, always question my work, propose Idea A, "it's not good", colleague proposes the exact same idea, "oh that a great idea"... But off-course I cannot address this issue without putting myself at risk. So I figured I will just change jobs. And I don't think it's a good idea to even mention this when I am quitting, don't want to burn any bridges)
So looking for the best answer/reason to mention to my boss I quit without putting myself, the job itself or my boss in a bad place.
Thanks!
