Best Place to Live for Entrepreneurship / Startups?

I know people are from all over the place. MJ moved to Phoenix where it's warm year-round. I'd like to move somewhere warm as well, but there's plenty of places that are warm year-round.

Just curious as to what state and/or city/area (in the US) you feel is most business-friendly? I'm leaning towards Texas, but I see a lot of people on these forums are from Arizona. Anyone in Florida?

What about Silicon Valley / SF Bay? Ironically I don't see many members of the forum from San Francisco, even though it's the innovation hub for most startups. But from my experience California is terrible for business. I also don't see many people here from NYC, which also strikes me as odd.

If you could live anywhere, would you go where you think is best for business, or where you would be happy the most and would enjoy starting a business?
