Automotive business in Poland

As I mentioned before in my intro thread I want to briefly introduce my idea for business. Together with my dad we import cars/motorcycles/boats from USA/Canada to Poland for over 2 years. It's a pretty good way to earn some money because most of these imported things are quickly sold. The main problem is that we are limited because everything is founded first by us therefore we have to wait quite a long time to get money back.

In my opinion in Poland there are more and more people who want to buy some of things which we offer, especially premium/luxury cars or boats because there is a real difference in prices compared to prices in Poland. We haven't advertised our business yet and we sell everything via polish auction website so to be honest people don't know about us.

Now I find I can improve this business. My main idea is to build web platform with some great functionalities which will provide unique customers experience during the whole buying process, and then start advertising it. By this way we will not have to freeze our money instead we could set constant fees for each transaction, so that we will be able to import more and more things and speed up the whole process.

It will be my first business project therefore I want to gather some opinions from experienced entrepreneurs. Each opinion will be truly valuable for me. Thanks and have a nice day!
