Want the truth about starting a business?

Your first offer, even the one someone buys at first, will likely suck.

You're likely going to make a few people unhappy at the start.

It will feel like the end of the world to you.. like your idea is going to fail.

People may be telling you they want a refund on your offer, it will feel like a spear in the chest.

But please, don't give up in these moments.

Please understand, these early customers, are making a sacrifice for the greater good of your company.

Their complaints, refund requests, problems..

Or that horrible realization that you promised too much & charged too little, and now need to refund multiple people because you wouldn't be profitable fulfilling for them..

They fundamentally lead you to what your business needs to be to work correctly.

A startup business is antifragile (gains from disorder), only if you view it that way. If you don't, you'll quit.

I had to recall my entire first container of product.
