If anyone here has not had the chance to see the Andrew Carnegie story in the Men Who Built America series that aired on the history channel, please do so. I was blown away by the drive, competitiveness and innovation this guy had.
The rivalries and partnerships that existed were all calculated to the enth degree. I won't spoil it for you but Rockefeller, J.P Morgan, and Henry Clay Frick were some real gangsters if I have never seen one in my lifetime.
