ok, you may want to check my process thread on my amusement attraction….
So, i originally planned to call it daredevil high wire….
reason being, is because it it themed with horns and devils tails and colours of devil(black and red)….and people generally refer to people who do walk high wires as "daredevils".
Now, i didn't think there was issue in using this name, causes my trademark search showed that nothing came up…..
But i went to see my lawyer today who specializes in trademarks and patents. My plan was to trademark the name "Daredevil Highwire"…. so that i protect from anyone trying to copy cat the name and concept for making a similar high wire attraction.
I told her that there is a "daredevil dive" roller coaster at six flags park…and, even if i trademark my attraction, i may have issue selling the daredevil anywhere close to where that roller coaster is….
More than anything i would like to protect the "theme" of the attraction for this type of attraction.
She tells me that i should not use this Daredevil name….and to use a name that is very unique.
I liked the name Diablo.
But that is also a name of another six flags ride…a loop coaster…and even though they are different types of attractions all together….still not good.
So,
fastlaners…….
I need those creative juices flowing. I need your help….
Anyone have any ideas of a themed devil attraction names that reflects the daredevil spirit in humans….
Its a tight rope attaction,
its peak has a participant suspended 50ft in the air on a 1" thick line.
its black and red….
it has horns and tails…
anyone have a unique name in mind?
i can also change the colours and take out the tails and horns ….and change the skin of the entire attraction with ease and create theme and look altogether different.
Got a name? maybe ideas on theming it out according to name?
…something that screams daredevil/risktaker/intrepid/daring/fearless/brave/couragious/lionheart/valiant/kamikaze?
