[Amazon Question] Remarketing

One thing that I don't like about Amazon is that I can't capture the email address of a buyer. It doesn't seem like that's ever going to be possible. And I guess I'm okay for now because I can build my list in other ways.

But lately I have found myself wondering if there are ways to drive people back to a product listing with remarketing.

For example, let's say that I have a product page that's converting at about 14%. That means that 86% of people who view my page are going somewhere else the first time around. I want to somehow follow those people with my listing.

Is there anyway to remarket to those people to get them back?

It would be really cool if Amazon built remarketing lists like Adwords. But until that day comes (if it ever does) then does anyone know of a way to remarket to people who see my listing the first time?

Can I increase bids in PPC campaigns to people who have viewed my posting at least once?

Is there a 3rd party app out there for this?

Can I install a tracking code in my product page and build a custom audience in FB?

Or is this just impossible right now?
