Many people have this condition but are not aware of it. Some very successful entrepreneurs also have it. Research shows that people with ADD are usually far more creative due to the consistent flow of thoughts and ideas flashing through their mind. However, this can also be a huge disadvantage when it comes to managing a start-up. With this condition you become forgetful and unable to put real focus on important areas of you business. Which can be a real problem. Also the tiredness and lack of progress really can be tough at times. You find yourself thinking of a million ideas and not acting on any. We all know the process is the most important part of any business. So losing focus really kills projects.
So I have been looking for a solution. Drinking coffee ( High caffeine ) completely changes everything. I can focus on one thing and really accomplish alot through out the day. I become very sharp and learning new things becomes very simple. It is almost like flipping a light switch. My question here is anyone else facing this issue? And what should be done about it. Your body eventually becomes less sensitive to caffeine so that is not a long term solution. Any supplement recommendations? I know Adderall would completely solve the problem but I know it can be very hard on the heart and I do not want to damage my health.
