Hey FastLaners. As some of you may know, as per my most recent thread im currently in a sober house right now with 15 other people and on social security that is paying for it. I want to give my self 6-8 months of living here then im gone and out (If it takes less time awesome. So the deal is im on social services and going to go to school for 2-3 months for a computer programming bootcamp. Coding has been in my life for the past 8 years or so and I enjoy it eventhough im not that good. And I can always get a job if this plan doesnt work out.
So my plan is this:
-Build up some online income(MRR) of $1200 a month. Im limited to about $1500 a month in NYS give or take i think or else im kicked off of Social Security
How?:
-Website design which i have been doing for a long time, but ive been doing freelance or working for agencies, not my own business really.

Charge a small up front fee for the site then charge a low monthly cost of $199 a month, for hosting, maintenance, small website changes, support, website security...etc
I have a niche that I picked already, its goverment related thats all im going to say. Its untapped as far as i know, all the websites i went to are out of date from 2005 so I can sell them on a new modern design and get MRR from what i listed above.
Im going to be doing email, facebook and linkedin outreach mainly. I already have access to the "person in charge's" email address, so thats a plus for me.
I already have a linkedin automater script running in the background to connect with the person in charge of this government agency.
