2018 Fastlane Summit - Ticket Swaps

If you suddenly decide not to go, or you don't feel well, or you missed your plane, I'm sorry as your ticket cannot be refunded, swapped, or exchanged. I apologize but these are the rules. Just a reminder that tickets are non-refundable to begin with and this "swap thread" is a courtesy. We've provided ample time for any ticket holders to resolve any potential problems, but at this point, the event has been committed for in terms of food allowances, badges, and we cannot continue to modify the roster.

Unfortunately circumstances have come up and I am no longer able to attend the Fastlane Summit. Therefore, I am offering up my ticket in this thread.

If you are looking for a ticket, please read the following:

Respond to this thread with the phrase “@Harbourmaster I want the ticket”. I will be doing a draw/raffle for all people who express interest and posting the results here. The draw will be held on Monday night, responses posted after 6:00 PM EST on Monday will not be included in the draw.

Conditions:
1) You must have 10 posts and 30 likes on those posts to be eligible for the draw.
2) INSIDERS will receive three raffle tickets, non-INSIDERS will receive one raffle ticket.
3) Do not enter if you are not serious. The price is $399 USD for the ticket.

I'm hearing a ticket could be coming available soon...

Not sure if this has been asked already, but are there plans to expand attendance capacity in the coming years, or is it out of scope for the type of event you want to run? Seems like there's hundreds of people who couldn't get tickets.

It's been expanding capacity for years. Started with just 25.

Not sure I want to start doing events for 500 people as those have no intimacy and lack a group cohesiveness. Also this conference is unique in that the presenters are all attendees. There are no outsiders speaking, paid or otherwise. That said, I have considered going up to 200 next year.

If you bought a TICKET for the Summit and suddenly cannot make it, please follow these instructions:

A) Message the forum and get authorization to swap your ticket.
B) Post here that your ticket is for sale. Please sell at face value or lower. ($399 or less)
C) Arrange for payment with someone who wants to take your ticket.
D) Send a message to forum with receipt of ticket transfer and its new owner.

Typically every year we have 5 or 6 swaps so if anyone missed a ticket and wants one, watch this thread with IMMEDIATE notification.

Please sell it to at least a forum regular, someone with posts, and INSIDERS subscription, or both.

In order to be as transparent as possible, this is what I am thinking...

I will post the list of qualifying entries on this thread tonight after the 6:00 PM EST cut off. Anything posted after that time will not count. To reiterate, three tickets for INSIDERS and one for non-INSIDERS. If anyone that said they want the ticket here does not have 10 posts and 30 likes at a minimum, their name will not appear on the list of entries. If this is you, you have about 8 hours to offer this forum enough Value to hit these metics. Get posting! No complaining allowed if you are a new member without these requirements and are not included in the raffle.

I will video the final draw and post after the names are tallied.
