This is an audio book I have on my ipod at the moment.

The author lists 100 ways to motivate yourself giving lessons on the importance of willpower, having clearly defined goals and creating a vision, having a strong purpose on this world, leaving your comfort zone and having an invigorating, interesting life.

He mentions interviews and dealings he has had with numerous successful people in the past including Arnold Schwarzenegger and passes onto us words of wisdom which others have given to him.

I'd recommend the book but if you prefer to listen to audiobooks on your ipod I the author reads the book in a clear voice which is easily understood.

In the section "References from web pages" from the above link the first reference contains a download link for the audio book, I am not sure whether that is a legal link or not however.

I will listen to the copy I have and try to list the main points he outlines in the book once I have listened a few times.
