I found a hormozi AI that uses Alex Hormozi's youtube channel, MoreMozi transcripts to provide a ton of specific advice tailored to whatever business question you have, assuming it has been asked or explained within the 2000ish videos from the channel.
Here is an example I ran for myself based on a recent ad campaign
"My Facebook ad advertises house washes, roof washes, window cleaning, and pressure washing. Results so far: 9 messaging conversations started, $14.58 cost per result, $131.24 spent in 2 days. Of those 9, 8 are quote requests for house or roof cleans, split roughly 50/50 between the two. and one window clean quote. My historical close rate is 37%, so if that holds, that's roughly 3 booked jobs from this spend, putting my real cost per sale around $44. My core revenue driver is roof moss treatment at $750–$1,500 a job with roughly 71.5% margin, and I need about 60 1k ticket jobs a month to hit my revenue target. House washes average around $650+GST. At $44 CAC, both job types look like they clear an LTV:CAC of 5+, and roof moss clears 10+. Given that, where should my focus be right now: scaling this ad spend since the unit economics look solid across both job types, or is something else the bigger lever on getting to my monthly job target? Keep in mind there is a real limit with meta ads, as the total addressable market size sits around 50,000 people"
The output
Short version: don't scale this ad yet. Something else is the bigger lever.
Your unit economics check out — roof moss treatment clears roughly 12–24x return on your $44 cost per sale, even better than your 10x estimate. But the problem isn't the ratio, it's the volume this specific ad can ever produce.
Here's the math that changes things: you're getting about 2 roof-moss leads a day. Held flat for a month, that's ~60 leads — which at your 37% close rate gets you to ~22 jobs, not the 60 you need. To hit 60 bookings a month from this ad alone, you'd need to pull leads at roughly 2.7x today's pace, sustained, from a fixed pool of only 50,000 people. Facebook won't let you buy your way there cleanly — as you keep hitting the same 50k people, costs climb and results taper off. And two days of data (4 roof leads) is too thin to lock in that $44 CAC as a number you can scale against anyway.
Hormozi's framing fits here: when the ratio's good but growth stalls, the fix usually isn't "spend more into the same channel" — it's finding the real constraint. In one case where a business had a similar setup, his list of actual next moves was: fix the offer, add a cheaper channel, or increase what each customer's worth — not just push harder on the channel that's already capped (Why Aren't You Spending More on Ads?). Compare that to a case where he does say "just gas it" — a business with a 58:1 ratio and no ceiling in sight (Helping a $400K Event Business Get to $1M). The difference is exactly your situation: that business wasn't boxed into a fixed local audience the way you are.

What I'd actually do, in order:
- Let this ad run another 5–7 days before reacting — you need a real read on the numbers, not a 2-day snapshot.
- Split the ad so budget stops getting split across house wash/window clean and concentrates on the roof-moss driver, since that's where the margin actually is.
- Accept that Meta alone, from a 50k pool, likely caps out well under 60 jobs/month — so the real gap to your target gets closed by a second channel (referrals, local search, partnerships with realtors/roofers), not more ad spend.
