So after reading MF again, I went over his money system formula again; as I want to target a real number for future business and income endeavors.
For a refresher this is the formula:
Tally up your gross living costs of everything you'd want in your lifestyle per month, then add 60% for taxes to get net living cost.
Step 3: Set the Targets
The goal of this step is to set your two targets: the business system income
target and the money system target. To calculate your money system target,
multiply your Net Living Cost by 12, then divide by .05, or 5%. Five
percent is the minimum expected yield on a money system.
Money System Target = ($23,333 X 12) / .05 = $5,599,920
For your business system target, multiply your Gross Living Cost by 5.
Business System Target = ($14,000 X 5) = $70,000/mo.
These are your two targets.
This dual-flanked attack builds a passive income stream from a business
that funds a money system. The result is like warping the destination to you.
You can experience retirement without being retired
This was the example he gave in the book. (I'm truly curious what his 2026 number would be btw *ahem* if you're reading MJ....)
Anyways, when I ran my numbers it was around500,000 - 1.3 Million Net living (which isn't much in the world of business owners, thats like chump change), depending on how I wanna live, which equals anywhere between a 10 - 24Million money system and 125K - 310K per month for business system. In profit.
We have a lot of wise and intelligent people here. Including the guy who is like worth 2M at 26. But that isnt really a vouch because Net worth =/= cashflow. The numbers people would need to fulfill the money/business system target even if you want a 10,000 a month lifestyle is a whole 'nother ball game vs net worth.
And frankly, even the people online who I found were 'confirmed' to make this kind of money, 80% are people either sold books, courses or are guru types like Hormozi and we don't even know the full story. Like if they really built from ground up, if they had a loan, are the lying about their business etc.
What I do know is all of them sell courses.
And call me skeptical but if I'm pulling in 310K a month or even 125K a month from my business why the hell do I still sell courses? Oh wait, unless those courses generate the 125K a month. And they are expensive courses *wink*.

So I gotta ask; have people on this forum actually hit these kinds of numbers or do we know people confirmed who actually hit those kind of numbers except MJ himself?
Have you achieved your business/money system targets?
