Female entrepreneur memebership site

Hey everyone,

I have a business concept I’m really passionate about.

It involves creating a memebership site where on the platform there are coaches that do workshops and prerecording trainings on different topics that help female entrepreneurs starting a business or running a business.

Weekly there would be coaching calls on mindset and a topic that helps them grow in their business like social media growth, branding ect each done by experts in the field.

They would also get access to a community Facebook group where they can find accountability partners ask for advice and network.

They would pay a monthly or annual memebership fee and content is updated monthly.

What steps should I take in getting this started, I keep saying the first thing to do is build a social media presence such as Instagram and then start advertising there and Facebook, reach out to experts and see if they would like to collaborate.

what would you say the process should look like, I have in the past started the process but never got to execution what can I do to ensure I get to that stage this time?
