This forum always needs more business threads, especially from people like you.
I have a “starting a new thread” phobia for this reason. Forum has been around a long while. This means most valuable business lessons have been shared. Only new stuff that I mostly don’t know anyways is “valuable”. But alas… random thread can be the safe heaven. It’s just random and rants. Low bar!
Sounds like a government solution that will save us all!! Yay government! This is F'd up.
If you have a change of use in a business location or new construction, etc. in St. Louis County, MO, for you to get a business license, you have to put in recharging stations proportional to the number of parking spots. So if you're a used book store following a barber shop, you're on the hook.
Amazing.
There's a bill to force the local government to pay for it in those cases. Nobody should pay for it. This should be like gas stations. If someone operates them, then they should pay. The cost to small business is crazy. The bill for the taxpayer if it goes through is also crazy.
Concerns sparking over St. Louis electric vehicle charging stations
Electric car charging stations are sparking concern in the St. Louis area as some businesses claim a new county ordinance aimed at going green could put their bottom line in the redwww.kmov.com
lol GFYS!So recently the government of Canada has legislated any "scary" guns into paperweights because they can. It's been in the courts, and we have this now.
What really pisses me off is that they have the balls to say they will buy your firearms from you "at the government expense". That means at your expense. The government has no capital, no labor, nothing that was not first stolen from productive members of society. What a bunch of presumptive assholes.

He definitely disrupted the fitness industry, and inspired I would say probably millions of young people to go to the gym.very interesting.
That Zyzz guy is legendary on the internet. Very sad what happened to him. I don't put a lot of trust in what he said but what a great story...
I followed the kinobody program for a while with good results.
The fact that this Kayla Itsines person is so rich and so famous and I have NEVER heard of her really shows you the power and opportunity that exists in 2022 due to mass adoption of the internet combined with billions and billions of people! He definitely disrupted the fitness industry, and inspired I would say probably millions of young people to go to the gym.
It would have been interesting to follow his journey if he was still alive, the fitness industry has changed so much.
I don’t even think being an influencer was really a thing back then.
If you look at someone like Kayla Itsines being worth 100m, it’s entirely possible he’d be at that level now too.
holy ballsOh my god I just googled to make sure I wasn’t talking shit and I am.
She was worth 486m… in 2019
What the f*ck
It would have been interesting to follow his journey if he was still alive,
pre-influencer influencer, "Zyzz," became a meme before there were memes, became the "aesthetic" bodybuilding bro of all bodybuilding bros, started an entire culture of slim/cut bodybuilders, lived fast, died young, etc.Wuh? What happened? Not familiar with the story, but the word "Zyzzzz" rings a faint bell in the cobwebs of my head.
I deleted that post.holy balls
Are you on that routine currently? What do you think of it compared to other popular routines? Sounds interesting but I can't justify paying for a workout routine haha. I'm currently doing a 5 day PPL routine. I usually did 3 or 4 days a week in the past, but I'm really loving the higher frequency. If you're looking to add muscle for the summer, start this routine today:

The Iron, by Henry Rollins
A few years back someone posted a link in one of the high intensity training forums to an article by punk rock legend Henry Rollins in Details magazine titled The Iron. Every once in a while I re-read it, and every time I am moved by it. I believe hard physical work builds character, thatbaye.com
I was very into that whole realm when zyzz died and it was pretty crazy hearing what happened. I never really thought about it, but he kind of was an influencer before it was an actual thing. Greg Plitt's death was a shock too and very sad.very interesting.
