Books About Real Estate Development and New Construction

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone here has recommendations for books revolving around real estate development and new construction.

I've read several great books about rental property investing and a couple about remodels/flips but I'm looking for detailed, specific books on the ground up process.

All recommendations are welcome.

I have read a couple but it was mostly a waste of time. This is a topic that is best learned by doing. And dont expect to make any money the first few times.

Dang, that would make it a potentially fatal learning experience, more like a D.A.R.E. than what I'm going for.

I did consider building a personal home as a good stepping stone, or moving an existing house onto some land as a good in-between.
