<div class="bbWrapper">It&#039;s been a while, things have been a bit slow due to some personal stuff.<br /> <br /> I&#039;ve decided to automate everything I can with my store that&#039;s selling locally, I&#039;m currently moving to different platform (I want to outsource shipping and my current platform doesn&#039;t support it) and then I will hire someone who will take over the marketing and help me rebrand or at least consult with someone because my marketing is chaotic. Then I can concentrate on new products and that&#039;s my strong side. I believe all that will give me much more time to expand and also will increase my revenue and profit.</div>

Think you&#039;re on the right path. Create a company, scale it, automate it, and then take a step back and repeat. Or that&#039;s at least my approach. If you need any help just let me know.</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">Okay, so it has been a slow couple of weeks (months). <br /> <br /> Website is now on a different platform and I have succesfully detached myself from packaging/shipping as well. Found a marketing specialist last week, we decided to work together on monday. But she hasn&#039;t had time for me for a week now! That&#039;s pretty typical - everybody want&#039;s more marketing work to do but they don&#039;t have time to commit to their new clients. I am very disappointed and will tell her today that I will find a new marketing specialist.<br /> <br /> I started testing new products to sell abroad, new social media accounts, no website yet, but got a first sale through my FB page - will ship it today. That&#039;s a milestone, but I do need a couple of those more to gain some confidence to go all in. I don&#039;t want to throw a lot of cash on it yet.<br /> <br /> I feel really lost when the sales are down, like it has been recently, although it is supposed to be slower during the warm period.. But hopefully things are going to be better when I have a solid marketing strategy in place with a specialist and new products coming in frequently. <br /> <br /> Oh and I may get a part-time job. Haven&#039;t had a job for over 13 months. <span class="smilie smilie--emoji" title="Big Grin :D" data-smilie="8" data-shortname=":D">😀</span></div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">Pretty solid week so far, around 1800€ in sales, not my best but getting better again after some really bad months. Today I was at the gym and during my workout my store generated around 80€ in sales - not much, but still felt so great! <span class="smilie smilie--emoji" title="Big Grin :D" data-smilie="8" data-shortname=":D">😀</span> My next goal is to get to 500-1K daily sales on a constant basis. I think I can do it when I manage my inventory better and that&#039;s where my focus is going to be from now on.<br /> <br /> May is definitely going to be the best month this year, although it&#039;s no surprise as things have been slower this year (mostly because of myself so not blaming anything/anybody). But recently I have noticed that I am now working more ON the business, and not so much in it. <br /> <br /> New order from the factory coming in later this month and that will also boost things a bit. And next week I will confirm another order.</div>

We made the mistake that we hired somebody to do social media ads for us in my last business and I never checked her work because I wasn&#039;t the CMO and after like three months of working for us, I noticed that it was just a waste of money. <br /> <br /> But otherwise everything alright?</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Wooow, okay, haven&#039;t posted for a loong time. But not too much to share anyway. I kind of got stuck with this business at some point and didn&#039;t find a good way to expand it. So long story short, I recently sold the store.
