I would like to know others' experience of setting up their companies.

In which country did you incorporate? Did you use an agent/ lawyer? Where/ how did you set up your bank account for your company?

I was a bit surprised, because I thought a lot of people here must have gone through the process of incorporation, and at least a few must have considered an offshore company and bank account.
