About 5 years ago, I had major Spyware issues... They were crippling my PC, until a new service pack for windows came out, and a bunch of critical fixes, and poof -- The Spyware dissapeared and didn't darken my door again until......

About 2 weeks ago! I started getting popups again... I ran Microsoft update, and got all the latest updates, I updated my virus checker sigs, and my spybot sigs, and scanend everything. It finds stuff, I delete stuff, and it comes back 10 mins later or so.

Is anybody else dealing with this right now? I thought Spyware was a thing of the past, but apparently not. I'd really like to be able to sue each of these companies that I see pop-ups on my screen for as being an accessory to this crap, since the Spyware companies themselves are so burried I'd probably never be able to find them. It's bizarre that such reputable companies as AT&T and even Microsoft are showing ads in pop-ups now on my PC!
