Hello,

I have significant experience with product sourcing and most important great relations with many producers (EPDM, PVC, WOOD material and etc.) in Eastern Europe.

Of course, in order to get to this point, I went trough many trials and errors (expensive ones) and am aware of the value such know how can add (sometimes simple lead can save hundreds of thousands if not millions to an organization, been there, done that).

However, my struggle now is how to present (and sell) this service to future clients.

Here few options I can come up with:

1. Trader/distributor (hard to organize; involve big investment in warehouse, stock, employees; high level of risk;)

2. Sales Agent (easy to organize; nearly 0 investment; difficult to sell; cut the middleman issue;

3. Consultant (easy to organize, extremely difficult to sell)

Anything else you can come up with?

Does anyone have experience with point 2 or 3?

Any feedback will be appreciated.

Best Regards,
Nick

Yeah, that's the general idea. I can guarantee same quality on better price (not that difficult to achieve here - low taxes and labour cost, in the same time EU based production). The value is indisputable, the issue is how to sell it :).

If you have the network and the trust, there are plenty of of traders that pre sell cash-on-cash. You need a high level of both trust and hustle to do this, but there are guys in the consumer electronics game that make it work.

What industries are you planning on targeting?

The list is long:

1. For wood material:
- Manufacturers who use specific wood packaging (aluminum or copper and brass processing plants and etc.);
- Wood shops and carpeneters;

2. EPDM gaskets and corners
- Architectural systems producers;
- Facade instalment contractors;
- Automotive producers and subcontractors;

3. PVC and PA casting
- Basically everyone (producer, retailer, and etc.) who wants specific shape from those material in long series;

I can support in many other areas (even with services) but don't want to cause confusion.
