Thank you MJ for opening my eyes.

Biggest takeaway:

There is a way to reach my dreams without sacrificing my life to the plan of someone else. That my most valuable asset is my time and how I leverage it.

My biggest mental shift wa as going from a consumer to a producer. Consumers consume while producers benefit from their uncontrolled consumption. Find a need, become an expert, provide a unique solution and experience and plan your exit.

A lot to work on, but the foundation has been laid.

BIG TAKEAWAYS:

1. The 5 for 2 = a junk lifestyle and we can be so much more.
2. The brother pyramid story = BIG thinking = clarity moment
a. gold shovels in boom
b. producer/thinker (short term vs. comittmentt)
3. MJ does not come off bragging.
a. Relaying what he has learned/feels/thinks (should inspire action/thought)

I always had some traits of a fastlaner inside of me but also some from slowlane.

Now I can say that I am totally inside of fastlaner and already working on my way for financial freedom.

Read the book about a year ago. The title got me thinking of a "get rich quick" scheme which made me postpone buying the book for a while, but after reading great reviews and praise over and over again I decided to give it a go and it's an amazing book. When I saw that you had also written Unscripted I immediately bought it, reading no review what so ever. Enjoyed both books massively, which is why I'm here.

I've read both books and liked them. Well, actually, I listened to them on audible. I prefer audiobooks since they allow me to listen to them during my day.
One question: Is there a way to get access to the pdf-downloads someplace? Appendices and images don't read well.
Good job, MJ. Your books for some reason came toward the end of an intense phase of listening to 10+ books in the past four months. I had already started my own business a year ago, but feel much more sure of my style and direction now. All I need to do is keep my a$$ moving into this direction. Thanks heaps!

I have now moved on to reading Unscripted . Unscripted is proving to be a helpful addition to my toolkit as I am working toward moving my dream project into reality.

I am writing a series of books. Fastlane and Unscripted are helping me as I create my books.

I also feel validated in my reason for working my Sidewalk (pothole) night job at Trader Joe's. Yes, MJ, I am willing to clean toilets on my way to earning an Unscripted life.
